The reason for this is that the danish bureaucracy is very low and you don’t need to fill as much paperwork as in other countries. Less paperwork also means a faster process in getting your documents approved. Once you reached out to us we will send you a list of documents you will need to prepare send to us. We will keep you informed about every step of the way and make sure that you can legally get married here in Denmark.
How to make it official
1.Reach out to us and tell us where you and your partner are from. We promise to answer within 24 hours.
2.We will send you a list with exactly all documents that you need to fill out or send us.
3.Once you send us your documents we will upload them to the Agency of Family Law and International Marriage. It then usually takes a week for them to respond to us.
4.We inform you about confirmation of your wedding documents and you will be able to book your wedding date for the ceremony.
5.Travel to Denmark, meet us, say yes and have your day captured in beautiful images that last forever.

We can apply for your documents 4 months in advance to your elopement, however in most cases you can get married within 2 months after reaching out to us.
Yes, you can get married in Denmark on a tourist visa. You do not need to be a citizen or have a residence here.
